Bwahhh. Another work week.

Last Friday I was an HOUR late to work. Yep. I'm sleeping, doo doo doo, and then my phone starts ringing, when I looked at it I was mega confused that the time said 12:37am. "Whadda fuuuuuck why does it say 12:37? It's supposed to be 11:20." So I answer, doing my best voice of I-was-not-just-asleep. It was Eddie. All he said was, "Leah?!" and I told him I'd be there in 15. Sucks that they waited so long to call me, but at least I live only 4 miles away. Then I spent over an hour poring through the MARs, writing and then typing up all the errors and put it in the nurse's box. She decided to come up with a new system of checks and accountability for signing and correctly filling out the MARs, so I decided to catch everyone up. I filled in all the missing holes and documented everything and typed up who was supposed to sign for them so she can get them to sign below me. Today I found a note in my box thanking me for doing it (and saying she tried to document the holes but mine was way better and more organized) and asking me to keep tabs on the MAR a couple times a week. Which actually means I'm going to be doing it every night in order to keep up with everything. That and legally a hole should only go unsigned for 24 hours. And stupid Henry accounted for ONE THIRD of the errors all by himself. There are at least 15 people who can sign the MAR, and the idiot accounts for the biggest chunk of non-signatures. I hope he gets fired soon. He bugs the crap out of me.

Sometimes when we are playing DDR, Grim likes to burrow. In the rug. And just lay there. Nero decided to be a cute fatty and lay by him too.

This is actually quite a good picture of Grim. He's such a dork! But sooo cute! Look at him just relaxing there, so comfy under his rug. SNUG AS A BUG IN A RUG XD

I'm feeling MUCH better today. Steve and I wasted most of the weekend sleeping, but we were also productive in some ways too. We got our grocery shopping done for the week and I made a ton of bento stuff and will make more tomorrow. We finally saw Inception, too. It was very, very good. Who doesn't love Leonardo DiCaprio + Ellen Page?! Omg. And the storyline was the right amount of complex too. I'm glad we got to catch it while it was still in theaters.

I also got up to a total of 59 'S' ranks in Ouendan 2, which means I have only 17 more A's to turn into 'S''s! I'm not a hundo on if I can actually achieve that, but of the 4 difficulties, I have the lowest difficulty completed, and the hardest difficulty with ONE LEFT. The other two I just need to suck it up on. It's kinda like when you play Guitar Hero or Rock band and know how to play it on Expert but are playing on an easier difficulty and the notes don't match up as well. It can be quite frustrating. Sidenote: I have completed the game, a long time ago, I just want to perfect it as much as possible because I'm really good at it and find it so fun. Playing a game like this to death does not get old. Its predecessor, Elite Beat Agents, is American and quite cheesy and the controls are a bit wonky (the scoring system is atrocious at times which is odd because it was released AFTER Ouendan 1), but it's a GREAT game and sells at GameStop for between $3 and $7. I still need the original Ouendan, but it's about $50 + shipping from Japan, so I'm holding off for a bit.

Also, my family pics came back. If you're curious as to what my mom's side looks like - that is, me (22), my mom (42), my stepdad (40), my sister (18), and my (half)brother (12), as well as my sister's baby (7mos.), check em out!

The whole family! Bethany, August, Paul, me, Brenda. We are far more uncomfortable than we look - we were positioned on very sharp rocks!

Silly pose!

Me; we each did a lone pose. This log is deceiving as it is actually hanging over the Minnesota River!

Bethany and her baby Cayden. He chewed on that stick for all her lone pictures! XD

Candid sisters! I was trying to show August how to pose against the tree I think.

She caught me trying to do the jungle gym equipment; alas, I have no arm strength!

I was supposed to get my hair done the day before the pictures were taken, but my hair lady cancelled because her baby had a doctor appointment, and then THIS week all the roads to her town were closed (flooding and construction) and aren't apparently scheduled to reopen until the end of the month! My hair is a catastrophe. HATE IT. I went to see how much it would cost to get done where Steve and his mom get theirs done, and it would be $28 for the cut and $40-50 for the dye. WTF NO WAY. Jenny does AMAZING and the cut AND color costs me $40, INCLUDING tip. jfc.

Henry = poo poo head. >:[

Haha. Our kittens enjoy burrowing very much. They love getting under the bed covers. They use it to play their game of "I'll try and kill you while you're under the covers!" Grim looks very at home under his rug. XD

I find it amusing that you have two photos that are deceptive in nature--one where you look happy on pointy rocks and another where you look totally chill suspended over a flowing river of death. XD

"Picture pose time!" "Okay! ^.^v READY!"

And oh noes. Your sister really does look older than you! D= I think it's because your face is smaller. Though in the picture by the tree I could tell that she was probably ~19, and you look more like ~21. And the jungle gym picture is fantastic. XD

Hair is so 'spensive. D=

Thanks! *^_^* I've had the cats since they were 6.5 weeks old and weighed less than a pound each!!! Now they're 3-and-a-half year-old MONSTERS weighing about 15 pounds @_@

Kitten burrowing is sooo cute! Giant cats burrowing it's like "Uh... do you think you are being clever right now?" XD Plus my cats are no longer adorable in their play so Girm burrowing gets Nero chasing him for all of 15 seconds, and then collapsing because of all his fat to catch his breath. That's probably what is going on in the first pic bwahaha!

I think we thought she was geting the rocks in the pictures, because they were really neat - a dark bluish-grey that contrasted really well with the green vegetation. Guess not though :P And the log must have been too high over the river to get the water, because again, I would have assumed the picture would include it or I could have just been on any regular log/tree!!

I am not a face maker in silly pics! Haha so the only thing I could think of was that! All the other pics she took of us in that succession I'm just smiling :P

Once Bethany hit puberty, she ALWAYS looked older than me. I'm short, have a unique/compact body, and I have a tiny head XD She's at least 5'5 and has a WOMAN's body. And a child of course. She loves to tease me at the mall - "Everyone probably thinks you're a younger friend/sister of mine ahahaha!" Which reminds me, when Steve and I were out shopping the other day he asked if I thought that people think I'm his younger sister sometimes. X_X Other than when we are cuddling/holding hands/etc. of course!

I dunno, I think cats trying (or even succeeding) in burrowing is pretty hilarious. Sort of like an adult doing something usually on a kid does! XD I suspect that given that they're the most enthusiastic kitten burrowers I've seen they might keep it up even as Monster Cats.

Going to Florida and seeing the bigger cats was like a shock to my brain. "THEY'RE SO HUGE! OMG WERE THEY ALWAYS THIS MASSIVE?!" Plus, I can still pick up the kittens two-at-a-time. I could barely pick up Juno at first (cause he's 25lbs of muscle).

Aww. I hate it when someone doesn't get more the scenery in a picture with me in it, but at the same time, I prefer it when people don't take a picture of my entire body if they haven't warned me about it, because a picture isn't the same as seeing it in person. You can make some pretty weird poses and look really awful. =( Self-esteem death.

I have the same problem with my sister, as I mentioned way back when. D= And it's stupid because I'm voluptuous, and Sheena is a B-cup at best with no waist (because she's overweight/obese), but because I'm shorter and my face is so much smaller, everyone assumes that she's the older sister. But! After knowing me for a while, most people treat me as if I'm older than they are (like, "Oh Wise One"), even if it's just by days. XD

Wow, I hope that people don't think you two look alike enough that you come across as siblings or cousins, especially when hugging or holding hands. That'd be awkward. I know, because my brother Jeff and I walked around arm in arm, or arm around waist/shoulder all the time. Only once did someone ask if we were boyfriend/girlfriend. Bleagh. Plus I was like 13 at the time and he was ~18, so double bleagh. D=

Aww!! I'm sorry about your cat, I hate that pets die. ;A; I know what you mean. Cats are so great but so hard to have sometimes, especially when you live in an apartment or move a lot. My cats were sad for a long time because I was never home, but it's better now! What a cute icon!!!!

Oh definitely, I still think it's mad adorable, but it doesn't stop me from saying, "Nero, you really are embarrassing yourself right now. You do know that, right? You look like a fool." XD When my two were kittens, I thought my parents' cats looked like fat monsters, when actually I think they each weigh under 10 pounds haha. They are small, but chubby. Stubby, really.

EXACTLY, that's why I was upset she didn't give us direction. I don't know wtf I look like, tell me plz.

Bethany actually has pretty small boobs when it comes down to it; I think they're pregnancy weight/pregnancy layover. SHE would prefer it if she were flat, honestly. She doesn't want a chest. Or, last time I talked with her about it, that's how she was feeling, and had felt that way for some time, not sure if it's changed. And people do the same thing to me! I'm usually the natural leader in groups, which makes no sense to me because I'm not the strongest personality, and am even quite shy. I think it's how quickly I pick up on the material and what's expected vs everyone else.

Steve and I look NOTHING alike. At all. I have no idea why he wondered that. I think he was more looking at my height/young face than anything. DAN and me, though... we were mistaken for siblings all the time, and his friends would always make fun of us about it, and it got even worse when I lived with his family because, as I mentioned, THEY ARE ALL BLOND. And so am I. Bleh. It was quite funny/awkward one time when we were suckered into helping move boxes of food into his parents' church (not THEIR church, but the church they attend) and some old couple thought we were siblings and we didn't correct them, so we got weird looks when we were standing arm/waist and leaning into each other later. :P

I know :/ We once moved with said cat and he was so confused and wanted to go back to our old house which was like 25km away. He was gone for months and we thought we'd lost him, but he ended up halfway between our old and new house and through a newspaper ad we found him again XD
His character changed after we moved :( He barely was able to fight for his territory and stuff, but he was a happy cat nevertheless until the end ;o;

Haha. Of all our cats, the only one who still sometimes has Cute Kitten Tendencies is Chico. Rocky and Shadow were both Very Serious Cats when it came to behavior (though Rocky was very sweet and Shadow was very insane). It'll be fun to see if our kittens stay kitteny or turn out to be Serious Cats.

It drives me NUTS when other people take pictures of me but aren't really LOOKING at what I'm doing. Training Brian to take good pictures by TELLING me when I need to move or shift or turn or tilt is harder than getting the kittens to sit on command. ~_~

I'd rather be a B-cup when all is said and done, rather than the DD I am. Mostly because current fashion is weighted entirely for smaller breasts. I know there's this myth that Americans = <3 Big Boobs, but you'll notice that vast majority of our celebrities have teeny tiny chests, and none of our super models have large breasts. Designing clothing has become more and more about making the *models* look good, not the average person wearing them, so most of the cuts are only flattering on smaller chests/smaller frames/tall people. Plus, it'd be nice to not always have to worry about mah bubbies. =/

Haha, Jeff and I aren't one of siblings that look alike (some of us really, really do, like Tara, Laylah, and I all look like we're real siblings with our dark hair, dark eyes, short stature, small faces, and larger breasts), but most people could tell that we were brother-and-sister. I think it's more in the way we'd talk to each other. Also, subtle things like body language that suggests great fondness, but absolutely no passion.

Poor old church people. XD

Zomg tell me about it!!! Even when I was getting Steve to take a picture of my Rika tattoo, he was all nervous about it, took blurry pics, and didn't say, "Oh hey you're sitting funny so she looks tilted, lean forward a little," - he just took the picture! I sometimes feel like I'm the only one I know who will be like, "Hey, so-and-so, put your head down a little/turn this way/smile more" etc. AND take flattering, non-blurry pics >_<

I COMPLETELY agree with what you're saying. I'd like to be a small C probably, but the current fashion is SO aimed at smaller chests. And most guys I know prefer small chests. Pat will always be talking about that and then follow up with, "Oh but I'm sure Steve likes yours, that's totally cool but not really my style." ~_~ And he's right, Steve "got used to" my big boobs in comparison to his other love interests and now quite likes them. It helps that I've lost 10+ pounds since we've been together, bringing me from DD to D! And if I didn't have a larger chest, I'd look even more like Grimace (small up top and big on bottom) XD jk jk I'd just be more pear shaped vs an hourglass type. I swear the only reason the idea that America loves big breasts is from porn and shows like Dr90210.

Oh god. Men are the most hopeless at it. I swear, most of the time I'm just grateful that my (full) head is in the picture. Though, I can come close to losing my temper when even AFTER I explain what to do ("Okay, take a picture of me getting from here *gesture* to here *gesture* making sure that this part of the scenery is in the frame, but NOT that, and that you only get so much of my profile, but don't take a picture of my face full on, just slightly from the side until you can see my cheekbone. And let me know when you're about to take it with a count of three, with you pushing the button as you say three," and then they DON'T DO IT! Aaaaaahhhh! How much more specific can I get?! T.T

Yeah, it was a point of odd contention between my parents (a little squicky to think about too hard, so don't), because my mom has D or so, and Scott's always prefered the smaller end. *shrug* I can't blame the guys who do, since there are certain benefits with smaller breasts, but in my case it was the opposite, as Brian has one of those larger-breast semi-fetishes. He's dated girls with smaller chests because he liked them personally, but as he said he had to "get used to it." =/ I wish I could lose weight and lose some chest! I don't gain/lose my weight in my chest much at all--it's in my waist and hips.

AND OH MY GOD ME TOO! If I didn't have my overly large for my size breasts, I'd be a pear! It's only my chest that gives me an hourglass. My hips are around a 38-39, and my chest is 35-36. I always found that rather funny. Maybe it helps with balance? XD

I dunno. I don't think America really does love big breasts. I think it's just a myth that hasn't died yet because people don't examine it. Like, okay, so we like big breats but nothing that we value highly has big breasts? Uhhh....yeah, that totally makes sense. IN SOME OTHER DIMENSION. =/ You know, the one that actually makes multiple large cup sizes available to the general public. Where I would like to live. T.T
