Hey dude, don't even feel like you need to apologize. Even in "real life" people have to take breaks from constantly being around/telephoning/etc friends. And netting can take so much of one's life, since time flows differently on the InterWeb. Hang out, chillax, and don't let anyone make you feel guilty for taking time off from the Web. =D
