Bath and Body Works can be tough. I've known several people who have worked there, with various reports on how they liked/didn't like it. But, I think it came down to what they wanted out of it, and what boss they got, more than the company itself. Still, I completely get that issue with retail. Sometimes, that's the card you draw with a certain team, ya know?
The red was definitely not red, haha! I just saw the picture on LJ and was like, "AAAHHHH, no." Good call on the transition to pink. Orange and green isn't anything but odd.
The school program seems like one of those strange decisions where you're damned if you do, damned if you don't. Just evaluate your priorities. Either way, you'll be spending time on the class. So, is it better to be forced to spend time IN class or ON class (with busywork/independent work).
Also, this urologist sounds like they're really paying a much closer attention to your condition, and working on not just treating the problem, but PREVENTING it. It sucks how much you have to do to get there, but hopefully this will really stop the infections from coming so often.
